Built for what happens around the session

Stop juggling calendars, spreadsheets, notes, and contacts.

Most calendars can tell you when practice starts. RapidCoach helps you manage what happens around the session: who is attending, notes from the session, athlete information, and parent contact details.

Check today's schedule in two clicks

Drag-and-drop sessions across day, week, and month views. Booking a slot blocks it automatically, so you never double-book a coach or a space — and recurring sessions let you set a weekly practice once and let it repeat.

  • Flexible lengths — 15 minutes to a full day
  • Recurring sessions: set once, repeat daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Color-coded by category; reschedule by dragging, instantly

Session notes

Notes that live on the session

Open a session, jot what happened, and pull it up next time. Your coaching context travels with the athlete and the session — not a notebook you left in the car.

  • Quick notes attached to any practice or private session
  • Look back on what you worked on, session by session
  • Everything in one place — no separate notes app

Block starts — 3×150m at 90%, 4 min rest.
Maya R. landed her splits; push to 95% next week.
Jordan P. tight hamstring — keep volume low.

Our story

Built because coaching needed a better calendar.

I'm Steve. I founded Run For Performance, a sports performance training company, and I kept running into the same problem: paper-based notes, appointment times jotted down wherever, and parent communication that fell apart the moment practice changed.

Every weather cancellation or reschedule meant chasing down families one message at a time. I tried calendar apps, scheduling apps, and spreadsheets — but the costs added up and none of them actually solved it, because they weren't connected. The schedule, the athlete notes, and the parent contacts all lived in different places.

RapidCoach is what I wanted: schedule details, athlete notes, parent contacts, attendance, and read-only parent access all connected to the session itself. It's the tool we use to run Run For Performance today.

How it works

Up and running in three steps

No long setup, no manual to read. Every common task — check the day, open a session, view athlete details, mark attendance — is about two clicks away.

  1. 1

    Add your sessions

Drop sessions onto the calendar and color-code them by category. Any length from 15 minutes to a full day, recurring or one-off.

  2. 2

    Build your roster

Add athletes manually or import a CSV, and keep parent and guardian contacts on every athlete. Parents get read-only access to their own athlete's schedule.

  3. 3

    Track attendance & notes

Mark who showed up, leave notes, and build a history you can actually look back on — all from the sideline.
